1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Nudge mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Eleetra ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Nudge is a subscription tracking application that allows users to:
- Manually add and manage their active subscriptions
- Set reminders for upcoming renewals and billing dates
- Track subscription spending over time
- Receive push notification reminders before renewals
Nudge is a tracking and reminder tool. It does not connect to your bank accounts, credit cards, or financial institutions.
3. Subscription Plans & Payments
3.1 Free Tier
- Limited to tracking up to 5 subscriptions
- Access to basic reminder functionality
3.2 Pro Monthly
- $2.99 per month
- Unlimited subscription tracking
- Advanced reminders and analytics
- 7-day free trial - no charge until the trial ends
3.3 Pro Yearly
- $19.99 per year (saves 44% vs. monthly)
- All Pro features included
- 7-day free trial - no charge until the trial ends
3.5 Purchases & Refunds
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's and Google's respective refund policies
- We do not offer refunds outside of platform store policies
To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your account settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for accurately entering your subscription data
- Nudge is a convenience tool - it is not a financial advisory service and does not guarantee billing accuracy
- You are responsible for verifying your actual charges with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose
5. Email Scanning (Future Feature)
Nudge may offer optional email scanning as a Pro feature. The following terms apply once this feature becomes available:
5.1 Voluntary Consent
- Email scanning is entirely optional
- Granting email access requires your explicit, informed consent
- You may revoke email access at any time from the app's settings
5.2 Scope of Access
- You grant Nudge limited, read-only access to your email
- Access is scoped strictly to subscription detection - the App looks for billing and renewal-related emails
- The App does not read, store, or share personal email content beyond what is necessary for subscription extraction
5.3 Data Handling
- Only extracted subscription data (service name, amount, date) is saved
- Raw email content is never stored permanently
- Email access tokens are stored securely server-side and never exposed to the client
6. Intellectual Property
- All app content, design, branding, logos, and trademarks belong to Eleetra
- You retain full ownership of the subscription data you enter into the App
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Nudge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- Eleetra does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always accurate
- Eleetra is not liable for missed renewals, incorrect subscription amounts, or any financial loss resulting from use of the App
- In no event shall Eleetra's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nudge is a convenience tool - not financial advice. Always verify charges with your payment provider.
8. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings
- Eleetra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
